What I do for fun

World Traveller

Always looking to expand my world view. I'm fortunate to have had the ability to travel growing up and it is something I hope to continue for the rest of my life.


Being able to visit a variety of new locations is something that is very important to me. Not only do I get to see some wonderous things, and eat exciting new foods, but these experiences also enhance my understanding of other people's viewpoints and cultures. Being to as many different locations as possible allows you to more easily form connections with others, regardless of where they may come from. Travel also allows you to expand your comfort zone, and you become more open to trying new things and ideas.

I have been playing instruments since I was 10 years old. My first and greatest love is the saxophone. My focus is on alto but I also play the tenor and soprano saxophone. Since middle school I have been competing both individually and in groups for both classical and jazz styles on the saxophone. I was a member of the PLU Northwest Honor band in 2012. I also received the Louie Armstrong Jazz award as a senior in 2013. In college I became a "professional" playing local gigs in a small improv jazz ensemble. It was extremely gratifying to be able to make money with a skill I have been working on for so many years. I still practice in my freetime and enjoy meeting up with old bandmates and friends to dabble for fun.


Music has been both a way to express myself artistically and a valuable teaching tool on self improvement. It was one of the first things to show me that dedication and a commitment to practice are required to grow and hone a skill. It also taught me a lot about working with others to contribute to something that is indivudally out of reach, as well as scheduling and deadlines.

Avid support and tank main. This allows me to maxamize relative value and makes winning, which is the most important and fun, easiest. My favorite genres are MOBAs and sports games. I play on PC and Xbox. Below are my current top games and mains.
